Autonomous assembly stations

Odescription of implementation

Autonomous assembly stands - two symmetrical assembly stations that perform the process of pressing the sleeves into the construction details of the car seat. Transport of details (buffer) on special designed pallets, separation of two types of bushes from the vibratory feeder, driving the bushes using linear electric drives. The stations are equipped with servo drives controlling the clinching force of the details.

The stand provides:

Productivity at the level of 11 pieces/minute,
12 pallets allowing loading 72 sheets,
Automatic adaptation to 4 types of details,
Sorting of parts and their unloading to baskets equipped with a fill-level sensor.
