Odescription of implementation

Assembly stand of tools - a semi-automatic station for assembly of specialized tools in several stages. It consists of tables with a light aluminum construction.

The stand provides:

Assembly of tool heads using the pneumatic cylinders,
Mounting of shafts by means of hydraulic cylinders and stepper motors controlled by a PLC controller,
Control of the operation of the hydraulic unit by the master controller,
Two-hand control of stands while maintaining the current safety standard,
Selection of assembled tool and setting its parameters using the HMI panel.
