Odescription of implementation

Automatic screwing stands - stations for screwing various references. The stand is equipped with three machines for screwing operating in automatic mode and automatic converting of the attachments depending on the detail.

The stand provides:

Possibility to choose between autonomous mode and cooperation mode with existing processing line,
Registration of screwing parameters (moment, angle) coupled with the client's data archiving system,
Automatic exchange of attachments/bits,
Universal systems of directing and positioning of details, adjusted to various references.
